We really appreciate this forum, both as a DBE firm and as Agency representatives for our client, Alameda County Transportation Commission. We look forward to continued participation. Thanks, again!

PDC Team (left to right) george crosby, ADRIANA HARRIS,
OSAYAHDE NESBIT, Abbigail Brown

Starting in 2013, CPM and Caltrans have worked tirelessly to address chronic issues surrounding the prime and minority contractor relationships while implementing processes that result in positive change for all parties.

Since then, the team has generated the support and collaboration of many agencies, prime and minority contractors to commit to a prime/minority consortium that provides educational workshops and networking events for large heavy civil and transportation projects.

As a DBE company, CPM Logistics understands that it can be challenging to communicate and build relationships with prime contractors. The Prime-DBE Cooperative was created, in partnership with the Caltrans, to encourage relationships and better communication between Agencies, Primes and DBEs.

Membership is FREE

Participation in the PDC includes:

  • Business/Industry Educational Workshops for DBEs provided by PDC Prime participants and other entities, to promote business sustainability, such as bonding, bidding and estimating workshops.
  • Regular communication on available contracts with participating Primes.
  • Consistent and continual exposure for Primes and DBEs to build solid working relationships through Networking Sessions.
